Delete your account

You can delete your Raccollect account at any time. Here is how, and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Tap your avatar.
2. Tap the gear (Settings).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

It's immediate, also for guest accounts.

Can't open the app any more?

Email raccollect@gmail.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete my account". We answer within one month. Can't use that address? Tell us your @username and we'll confirm another way. We let you know by email when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile, your catches and stickers, badges, follows, likes, comments, activity, settings and your email address.

Deleting can't be undone. Raccollect never stored your original photos (only the sticker cut-outs), and the photos on your phone stay where they are.

What is kept for a while

Technical logs and backups at our hosting provider. They are removed after a limited time.

Guest accounts

Guest accounts that are not used for 30 days are deleted automatically.

The privacy policy has the details (sections 9 and 10). If anything here differs from it, the privacy policy applies.
